Urla K1

Our project is located on the Urla vineyards route. It is located in the vicinity of the best vineyard facilities in Turkey and in the region.

The project is surrounded by Azmak Beach (8 km away) and Demircili Beach (10 km away) on the south, and İçmeler Beach (7 km away) on the north. It is located 6 km away from Urla Downtown.

Type 1 and type 2, houses are 3+1 plan with a floor area of 155 m², while the type 4 house has a 5+1 plan with a floor area of 250 m².
