LIVING PROJECTS
Started construction in September 2011 and constituting a continuation of Alaçatı 5150 project, this Project is built on 6000 m2 of land near the end of Hacımemiş Quarter of Alaçatı. It is located at a 5 minute walk from the downtown.
The project comprised 22 stone houses each with a unique architecture, and 1 boutique hotel with 16 rooms. Designed with 2 different options including 2+1 plan (95 m2) and 3+1 plan (120-130 m2), each house includes an average garden area of 75 m2.
Carrying the harmony and warmth of timber and stone, the houses provides their users with the opportunity to live therein 12 months across, and are built by the neighbourhood concept in accord with the historic texture and culture of Alaçatı.
