Stone Houses are designed to fit in the traditional architectural texture of Alaçatı. The historic stone houses of Alaçatı are modernised to reflect the past and the future on today. The building is suitable for your comfort and health with its appearance and utility. Its harmony with natural landscape provide an appearance as far as possible from the concrete blocks which create the worst visual pollution of our modern cityscapes.

Alaçatı Stone Houses 1 Project is designed to include 33 duplex villas at Alaçatı Downtown. The Stone Houses are designed in 3 option, including Type A, Type B and Type C. Type A plan includes 250 m² floor area with 100 m² garden space in parcel excluding the terrace, while Type B and Type C plans include 350 m² floor space, with 140 m² garden space in parcel excluding the terrace. Construction was started in March 2003. 23 villas were delivered in June 2005 and the remaining 10 villas were delivered in June 2006.

The Alaçatı Stone Houses 2 Project was designed to include 38 duplex villas at Alaçatı Downtown. Construction was started in February 2006 and delivered in August 2007.

Alaçatı Stone Houses 3 project was designed to include 10 duplex villas at Alaçatı Downtown. Construction was started in October 2006 and delivered in October 2007.
